Travell & Simons Awards

This award is presented by the NAMTPT as a way to honor a male/female who has shown dedication to the field of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy either by

  1. Contributing to the greater knowledge of myofascial pain, fibromyalgia and/or neuromuskuloskeletal pain through writing, research or clinical investigation.
  2. Or by contributing to the field as a dedicated teacher of the work, or spent their years as a dedicated hands-on practitioner in any field of work that deals with helping persons with myofascial pain, fibromyalgia and/or muscular dysfunction.
